Te 26-pi\u0119trowe drapacze chmur, ka\u017cdy o wysoko\u015bci 82 metr\u00f3w, stan\u0105 obok parku miejskiego Do\u00f1a Sinforosa, kt\u00f3ry jest jedn\u0105 z lokalnych atrakcji. Rozpatrzenie tego projektu rozpocz\u0119\u0142o si\u0119 za poprzednich w\u0142adz miejskich, po czym trzykrotnie by\u0142 wystawiany pod publiczn\u0105 dyskusj\u0119 i przeszed\u0142 szereg zmian.
