Jednym z nich by\u0142 popyt na nieruchomo\u015bci, kt\u00f3re mo\u017cna wykorzysta\u0107 do trzech cel\u00f3w jednocze\u015bnie: jako g\u0142\u00f3wne miejsce zamieszkania, jako domek letniskowy na wakacje i jako biuro do pracy zdalnej. Przes\u0142anki do pojawienia si\u0119 zjawiska \u201etrzy w jednym\u201d pojawi\u0142y si\u0119 w drugiej po\u0142owie 2020 roku, kiedy po zniesieniu ogranicze\u0144 kwarantannowych wielu mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w Hiszpanii zacz\u0119\u0142o my\u015ble\u0107 o zmianie pozwolenia na pobyt.
