En av de viktigaste id\u00e9erna presenterades av nationalekonomen Gonzalo Bernardos, som menar att bostadsmarknaden i Spanien st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r en boom, driven av strukturella f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i hur bost\u00e4der k\u00f6ps.
