Trots att siffrorna fortfarande ligger p\u00e5 historiskt h\u00f6ga niv\u00e5er minskade antalet bostadsobjekt som k\u00f6ptes av utl\u00e4nningar med 9,4% under \u00e5rets andra kvartal. Det kan inneb\u00e4ra att boomen i detta segment efter pandemin redan har n\u00e5tt sin topp.<\/p>\n<p>Totalt k\u00f6pte utl\u00e4nningar 7 875 bostadsobjekt i provinsen under andra kvartalet 2025, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 8 697 under samma period f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret (\u20139,4%). Med h\u00e4nsyn till denna siffra uppgick det totala antalet transaktioner som registrerades under f\u00f6rsta halv\u00e5ret till 15 305 (\u20134,5%). Denna trend st\u00e4rktes under de efterf\u00f6ljande m\u00e5naderna, \u00e4ven om provinsen fortfarande leder i Spanien \u2013 den st\u00e5r f\u00f6r 20,4% av alla k\u00f6p- och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningstransaktioner med utl\u00e4ndsk medverkan som registreras i landet.<\/p>\n<h2>Britterna har tappat f\u00f6rstaplatsen p\u00e5 Costa Blanca<\/h2>\n<p>Dessutom \u00e5tf\u00f6ljs minskningen i f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsvolym av att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna bland de mest aktiva utl\u00e4ndska k\u00f6parna bef\u00e4sts. Enligt de senaste uppgifterna fr\u00e5n Notariekammaren i Valenciaregionen innehas f\u00f6rstaplatsen nu av nederl\u00e4ndare, som f\u00f6r varje kvartal drar ifr\u00e5n de tidigare ledarna allt mer.<\/p>\n<h2>Transaktionsbeloppen \u00f6kar i takt med stigande priser<\/h2>\n<p>Summorna i dessa aff\u00e4rer har till och med \u00f6kat, eftersom pris\u00f6kningarna mer \u00e4n v\u00e4l kompenserar minskningen i antalet s\u00e5lda bost\u00e4der. Man b\u00f6r inte heller bortse fr\u00e5n pris\u00f6kningarna som ses i m\u00e5nga av deras favoritomr\u00e5den i provinsen Alicante \u2013 s\u00e4rskilt med tanke p\u00e5 att brittiska kunder vanligtvis tillh\u00f6r medel- och l\u00e4gre inkomstgrupper och har l\u00e4gre k\u00f6pkraft \u00e4n de flesta kunder fr\u00e5n andra europeiska l\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n<p>Det b\u00f6r dock noteras att det inte bara \u00e4r britterna som har ing\u00e5tt f\u00e4rre k\u00f6p- och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningstransaktioner:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>belgiska k\u00f6pare: 1 397 transaktioner (\u20139,1%);<\/li>\n<li>franska k\u00f6pare: 626 (\u201312,3%);<\/li>\n<li>tyskar: 1 000 (\u20131%);<\/li>\n<li>svenskar: 725 (\u20130,9%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c4nnu mer m\u00e4rkbar \u00e4r minskningen i antalet ukrainare, polacker och medborgare i andra \u00f6steuropeiska l\u00e4nder, vars antal f\u00f6rst \u00f6kade kraftigt till f\u00f6ljd av Rysslands invasion av Ukraina. Trots detta ligger de fortfarande i topp bland utl\u00e4ndska kunder p\u00e5 fastighetsmarknaden i provinsen Alicante. S\u00e4rskilt polackerna ligger p\u00e5 fj\u00e4rde plats (1 224, \u201322%), medan ukrainarna k\u00f6pte 780 objekt (\u20137%).<\/p>\n<p>Samma sak g\u00e4ller ryssar, som f\u00f6rblev ganska aktiva p\u00e5 Costa Blanca trots sanktionerna som inf\u00f6rdes som svar p\u00e5 invasionen av Ukraina. Fr\u00e5n januari till juni 2025 k\u00f6pte de 360 bostadsobjekt (\u201328%).<\/p>\n<p>Bland de utl\u00e4nningar som k\u00f6pte fler bost\u00e4der \u00e4n f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret kan medborgare fr\u00e5n Algeriet (434, +24%), Irland (470, +2,3%) och Rum\u00e4nien (515 bost\u00e4der, +11,2%) n\u00e4mnas. Den mest betydande \u00f6kningen g\u00e4ller dock nederl\u00e4ndska k\u00f6pare, som under tv\u00e5 kvartal i rad toppar listan \u00f6ver bostadsk\u00f6p p\u00e5 Costa Blanca, med totalt 1 879 objekt (+18%).<\/p>\n<h2>Varf\u00f6r nederl\u00e4ndarnas intresse f\u00f6r Alicante \u00f6kar<\/h2>\n<p>Intressant nog kopplar representanter inom fastighetssektorn denna \u00f6kning av antalet k\u00f6p i provinsen Alicante till de begr\u00e4nsningar som m\u00e5nga st\u00e4der och den nederl\u00e4ndska regeringen inf\u00f6r f\u00f6r att d\u00e4mpa priserna p\u00e5 grund av en allvarlig bostadskris i landet.
