D\u00e4refter kommer 2022, d\u00e5 investeringsvolymen uppgick till 9,7 miljarder euro.<\/p>\n<h2>Madrid och Barcelona samlade den st\u00f6rsta delen av investeringarna<\/h2>\n<p>Den st\u00f6rsta delen av investeringsaktiviteten koncentrerades till <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/sv\/sale\/madrid\">Madrid<\/a> och Barcelona \u2013 56%, eller 6 miljarder euro, respektive 13%, eller 1,4 miljarder euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4ven Andalusien utm\u00e4rkte sig med 8%, f\u00f6ljt av Valenciaregionen med 5%, Balearerna med 5% och Kanarie\u00f6arna med 3%.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt CBRE stod institutionella investerare f\u00f6r n\u00e4stan en fj\u00e4rdedel av investeringarna \u2013 23% \u2013 f\u00f6ljt av SOCIMI, specialiserade b\u00f6rsnoterade fastighetsbolag, med 20%, och kapitalf\u00f6rvaltare med 17%.<\/p>\n<p>Spanska investerare ledde marknaden med n\u00e4stan 50% av totalvolymen, f\u00f6re kanadensiskt kapital \u2013 17% \u2013 och amerikanskt \u2013 10%.<\/p>\n<h2>CBRE h\u00f6jde sin prognos f\u00f6r 2026<\/h2>\n<p>I b\u00f6rjan av 2026 f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5dde CBRE en investerings\u00f6kning p\u00e5 5\u201310% f\u00f6r hel\u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p>Aktiviteten under \u00e5rets f\u00f6rsta sex m\u00e5nader, tillsammans med p\u00e5g\u00e5ende aff\u00e4rer, fick dock f\u00f6retaget att h\u00f6ja prognosen till mer \u00e4n 15%.<\/p>\n<p>Siffran kan stiga ytterligare om f\u00f6retagsaff\u00e4rer slutf\u00f6rs.<\/p>\n<h2>Bostadssektorn blev kapitalets viktigaste m\u00e5l<\/h2>\n<p>Uppdelat efter marknadssegment ledde bostadssektorn investeringsvolymen med mer \u00e4n 4,58 miljarder euro, motsvarande 38% av totalen.<\/p>\n<p>Det inneb\u00e4r en \u00f6kning med 156% j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. S\u00e4rskilt noterbar \u00e4r f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av 5000 hyresl\u00e4genheter fr\u00e5n Fidere, som \u00e4gs av Blackstone, till Brookfield f\u00f6r omkring 1 miljard euro.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00f6kade intresset f\u00f6r bostadssektorn bekr\u00e4ftar den stabila efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/sv\/sale\/apartments\">l\u00e4genheter i Spanien<\/a>, hyresbost\u00e4der och andra boendeformat.<\/p>\n<h2>Hotell, kontor och kommersiella fastigheter lockade ocks\u00e5 stora investeringar<\/h2>\n<p>Hotellsektorn stod f\u00f6r ytterligare 2,09 miljarder euro, eller 17% av alla investeringar.<\/p>\n<p>Kontor tog emot 1,621 miljarder euro \u2013 14% \u2013 medan <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/sv\/sale\/commercial\">kommersiella fastigheter<\/a> n\u00e5dde 1,63 miljarder euro, ocks\u00e5 14%.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativa segment, d\u00e4ribland universitet, parkeringar, sportkomplex och andra tillg\u00e5ngar, lockade mer \u00e4n 1,4 miljarder euro, eller 12%.<\/p>\n<p>Industri- och logistikfastigheter attraherade 690 miljoner euro, motsvarande 6% av den totala investeringsvolymen.<\/p>\n<p>Denna struktur bekr\u00e4ftar den
