Finansministeriet planerar att \u00f6ka skatteint\u00e4kterna med mer \u00e4n 7 miljarder euro, vilket inneb\u00e4r en \u00f6kad skattekostnad p\u00e5 371 euro per hush\u00e5ll. L\u00e4gg d\u00e4rtill en h\u00f6jning av sociala avgifter f\u00f6r b\u00e5de f\u00f6retagare och anst\u00e4llda (d\u00e4r arbetsgivarna kommer att b\u00e4ra den st\u00f6rsta b\u00f6rdan), vilket inneb\u00e4r en extra skatteb\u00f6rda p\u00e5 mellan 215 och 1100 euro per \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<h2>Skattenyheter i Spanien 2025<\/h2>\n<p>H\u00f6jningar av skatter, avgifter och tullar kommer att p\u00e5verka 10 varugrupper och tj\u00e4nster, bland annat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Moms p\u00e5 livsmedel<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Under st\u00f6rre delen av 2024 var grundl\u00e4ggande livsmedel momsfria (0 %), men fr\u00e5n och med den 1 januari 2025 till\u00e4mpas reducerade satser: 4 %, 7,5 % eller 10 %, beroende p\u00e5 produkttyp.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Moms p\u00e5 el<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elr\u00e4kningarna \u00f6kade m\u00e4rkbart i januari 2025 p\u00e5 grund av att momsen h\u00f6jdes fr\u00e5n den nedsatta niv\u00e5n 10 % till den normala 21 %.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Avfallsskatt<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En ny avfallsskatt inf\u00f6rs i april 2025 f\u00f6r kommuner med fler \u00e4n 5 000 inv\u00e5nare. Skattebetalarna kommer nu att betala betydligt mer, och de som tidigare var undantagna fr\u00e5n denna skatt kommer att omfattas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Punktskatt p\u00e5 tobak<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00e4tskor till e-cigaretter och vapes f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas b\u00f6rja beskattas som vanlig tobak fr\u00e5n den 1 april 2025. Detta kommer att p\u00e5verka b\u00e5de f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare och konsumenter och leda till h\u00f6gre priser.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Banker och energibolag<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En progressiv skatt p\u00e5 r\u00e4ntemarginaler och provisioner inf\u00f6rs, upp till 7 % av skattebasen \u00f6ver 5 miljarder euro. Denna skatt f\u00e5r inte dras av i bolagsskatten. \u00d6det f\u00f6r den tillf\u00e4lliga vinsten p\u00e5 energibolag \u00e4r fortfarande os\u00e4kert.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inkomstskatt (IRPF)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skatten p\u00e5 inkomster \u00f6ver 300 000 euro per \u00e5r h\u00f6js fr\u00e5n 28 % till 30 %. Detta inkluderar inkomster fr\u00e5n r\u00e4ntor, utdelningar, f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar och fastighetsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bolagsskatt<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sm\u00e5 och medelstora f\u00f6retag (PYME) f\u00e5r m\u00f6jlighet att till\u00e4mpa en reducerad skattesats p\u00e5 20 % i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r 25 %. Stora f\u00f6retag med vinster fr\u00e5n utlandet m\u00e5ste d\u00e4remot betala h\u00f6gre skatter.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mobiloperat\u00f6rer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De st\u00f6rsta mobiloperat\u00f6rerna i Spanien \u2013 Movistar, Vodafone och Orange \u2013 h\u00f6jde sina priser med 3\u20135 % fr\u00e5n den 1 januari 2025, vilket motsvarar 2\u20136 euro per m\u00e5nad eller 24\u201376 euro per \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tullv\u00e4gar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Under 2025 \u00f6kar avgifterna p\u00e5 statligt f\u00f6rvaltade v\u00e4gar (bl.a. R-2, R-3, R-4, AP-7, AP-41) med 2 % f\u00f6r fordon utan elektronisk betalning, och upp till 5 % f\u00f6r dem med elektronisk betalning. P\u00e5 koncessionsv\u00e4gar varierar h\u00f6jningen mellan 3,84 % och 5,45 % beroende p\u00e5 villkoren.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Postavgifter<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Porto f\u00f6r b\u00e5de inrikes och internationella f\u00f6rs\u00e4ndelser h\u00f6jdes med i genomsnitt 1,5\u20139 %, beroende p\u00e5 typ och vikt.<\/p>\n<h2>Skattel\u00e4ttnader i inkomstskatt (IRPF) i Spanien 2025<\/h2>\n<p>Skattebetalare kan dra nytta av olika avdrag i deklarationen f\u00f6r 2025:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00f6r barn: En skattereduktion p\u00e5 upp till 1 200 \u20ac per barn under 3 \u00e5r, oavsett moderns arbetssituation.<\/li>\n<li>Pensionssparande: Avdrag upp till 1 500 \u20ac f\u00f6r bidrag till pensionsplaner.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av bostad av personer \u00f6ver 65 \u00e5r: Vinsten vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av huvudsaklig bostad \u00e4r skattefri.<\/li>\n<li>Investering i startups och nya f\u00f6retag: Avdrag upp till 30 %, om investeringen inte \u00f6verstiger 60 000 \u20ac per \u00e5r.<\/li>\n<li>Medlemskap i fackf\u00f6rening eller politisk organisation: Avdrag upp till 600 \u20ac, om medlemskap kan bevisas.<\/li>\n<li>Bol\u00e5n: De som k\u00f6pte bostad f\u00f6re 1 januari 2013 f\u00e5r dra av 15 % av det belopp som betalats upp till 9 000 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>Hyresavdrag: Avdrag f\u00f6r hyror regleras av respektive autonoma region.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4lg\u00f6renhetsdonationer: Avdrag upp till 80 % p\u00e5 donationer under \u00e5ret.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Skattel\u00e4ttnader f\u00f6r energieffektivisering och elbilsink\u00f6p<\/h2>\n<p>Regeringen har f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngt skatteavdragen f\u00f6r energieffektivisering och elbilsk\u00f6p till slutet av 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Energieffektivisering av bost\u00e4der:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>20 % avdrag: F\u00f6r arbeten som minskar energif\u00f6rbrukningen med minst 7 % (max 5 000 \u20ac per objekt). Kr\u00e4ver energicertifikat.<\/li>\n<li>40 % avdrag: F\u00f6r arbeten som minskar icke-f\u00f6rnybar energi med 30 % eller h\u00f6jer energiklassen till A eller B (max 7 500 \u20ac per objekt).<\/li>\n<li>60 % avdrag: F\u00f6r flerbostadshus d\u00e4r energif\u00f6rbrukningen minskar med minst 30 % eller klassen h\u00f6js till A eller B. G\u00e4ller f\u00f6r hela byggnaden, max 15 000 \u20ac per enhet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Elbilar och laddstationer:<\/h3>\n<p>Avdrag p\u00e5 15 % av priset f\u00f6r en ny elbil, max 20 000 \u20ac, inklusive tillh\u00f6rande kostnader och skatter.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e4ller \u00e4ven laddstationer. Giltigt till och med 31 december 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Plan MOVES f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngdes i februari 2025. Detaljer om gr\u00e4nser och villkor \u00e4r \u00e4nnu inte helt klara.<\/p>\n<p>2024 \u00e5rs st\u00f6d:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 000 \u20ac f\u00f6r elbil (upp till 45 000 \u20ac) vid inbyte av gammal bil (&gt;7 \u00e5r), annars 4 500 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>5 000\/2 500 \u20ac f\u00f6r hybridbilar (autonomi 30\u201390 km).<\/li>\n<li>1 100\u20131 300 \u20ac f\u00f6r elmotorcyklar och 7 000\u20139 000
