Antalet transaktioner minskade under <strong>Q2\u00a02025<\/strong>, fr\u00e4mst p\u00e5 grund av fortsatt stigande priser. K\u00f6parprofilen har ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats \u2013 k\u00f6parna har i allt h\u00f6gre grad st\u00f6rre k\u00f6pkraft.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rska uppgifter fr\u00e5n flera organisationer och branschexperter visar att den r\u00e5dande profilen i Valenciaregionen \u00e4r en <strong>41-\u00e5rig man med h\u00f6ga inkomster och h\u00f6g socioekonomisk status<\/strong> som i de flesta fall anv\u00e4nder <strong>bol\u00e5n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4ven om majoriteten av k\u00f6parna \u00e4r lokala \u00e4r andelen <strong>utl\u00e4ndska k\u00f6pare<\/strong> betydande \u2013 s\u00e4rskilt p\u00e5 <strong>Alicantes<\/strong> kust, d\u00e4r de st\u00e5r f\u00f6r <strong>45\u00a0%<\/strong> av aff\u00e4rerna.
