Nederl\u00e4ndarna utm\u00e4rkte sig i Murcia (15,2 %) och i <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/sv\/sale\/valencia\">Valencianska regionen<\/a> (14,9 %), och belgare \u2013 i Aragonien (12,8 %) och Asturien (11,7 %).<\/p>\n<p>Bland utl\u00e4ndska boende f\u00f6redrog marockaner i h\u00f6g grad Murcia (38,7 %), Navarra (37 %), La Rioja (26,8 %), Extremadura (23,5 %) och Kastilien-La Mancha (21,3 %), medan rum\u00e4ner \u2013 Aragonien (29,5 %), Kastilien-La Mancha (26,2 %) och La Rioja (20,9 %). Detta f\u00f6rklaras av det genomsnittliga priset som icke-boende utl\u00e4nningar betalar, vilket f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen \u00f6versteg 3 100 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, upp 8 % p\u00e5 \u00e5rsbasis. Boende betalade i genomsnitt 1 912 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 (+10,3 %), fortfarande under rekordniv\u00e5n fr\u00e5n 2008.<\/p>\n<p>De dyraste bost\u00e4derna k\u00f6ptes av medborgare fr\u00e5n USA (3 465 \u20ac\/m\u00b2), Schweiz (3 457 \u20ac\/m\u00b2), Sverige (3 421 \u20ac\/m\u00b2), Norge (3 292 \u20ac\/m\u00b2) och Tyskland (3 270 \u20ac\/m\u00b2). \u00d6ver landssnittet betalade \u00e4ven medborgare fr\u00e5n Polen, Frankrike, Nederl\u00e4nderna, Belgien, Italien, Ryssland, Irland och Storbritannien, medan l\u00e4gst priser g\u00e4llde marockaner (747 \u20ac\/m\u00b2), rum\u00e4ner (1 325 \u20ac\/m\u00b2) och ecuadorianer (1 328 \u20ac\/m\u00b2).<\/p>\n<h2>Regioner med h\u00f6gst aktivitet<\/h2>\n<p>Den region som registrerade flest bostadstransaktioner med utl\u00e4ndsk medverkan (b\u00e5de boende och icke-boende) var <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/sv\/sale\/valencia\">Valencianska regionen<\/a> \u2013 \u00f6ver 20 000. Utl\u00e4ndska boende genomf\u00f6rde h\u00e4r 9 515 aff\u00e4rer (22 % av totalen), f\u00f6re Katalonien (8 909; 20,6 %), Andalusien (6 677; 15,4 %) och Madrid (4 620; 10,7 %).
