A modern bungalow located in a gated complex with communal swimming pool. It is spread out over 73 m2 and consists of a salon, two bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace. There is a large private courtyard and a private garage parking space. It is fully equipped with new furniture, appliances, linens and towels, kitchen utensils, air conditioning, heated floors (which is important for the off-season).The air conditioning is only in the living room, but it’s enough for all the apartments. Russian and Spanish TV are available. The terrace has outdoor furniture. It sleeps up to six people. Pets are not allowed and smoking is only permitted on the terrace. It is located adjacent to the new Zenia Boulevard open air shopping complex with a variety of over 150 shops bars, eateries, casino and much more. The sea is about 1 km away.

There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).

The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday – closed.

INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
