A cozy and spacious apartment in the new modern complex ”Residencial Alegria IV” on the second line of the sea, a few meters from the popular beach of the city of Los Locos. A 86 m2 apartment benefits from furniture, appliances, including a coffee maker and dishwasher, dishes, linens and towels. There is a piped, hot and cold Conditioning. It has Spanish television and Internet. The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a parking space in the underground garage. The complex offers a communal pool and a Finish sauna.

The building is located 200 meters from the popular Los Locos beach and the promenade with its many traditional fish eateries, tapas bars and restaurants. There are many local amenities in walking distance including bars shops banks supermarkets, local transport link and much more.

It sleeps up to 4 people. No animals are allowed and it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday – closed.

INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
