The management of the leading Spanish airline Iberia has decided to make an unprecedented reduction of ticket prices on virtually all its flights – both domestic and international. The special offers will enter into force on September 16 and will be valid until June 30, 2021 inclusive. In this way, Iberia expects to compensate for the financial losses incurred during the period of restrictive measures in Spain and attract new customers.
For example, the cost of most air tickets for flights between different cities of the Iberian Peninsula will be from 22 euros one way, to the Balearic Islands – from 24 euros, and to the Canary Islands-from 29 euros. At the same time, residents of these Islands will receive appropriate discounts.
Iberia will also delight those residents of Spain who decide to go abroad. So, one can fly to Lisbon and Porto for 25 euros, and to Roma, Paris or Zurich-for 35 euros. This promotion also covers transatlantic flights to the United States and South America: New York (125 euro), Miami (130 euro), Bogotá (250 euro), Buenos Aires (280 euro) and Montevideo (290).
In any unforeseen circumstances, passengers are given the opportunity to change the date of departure, arrival, time and direction without any penalties or charges. Only difference in tariffs has to pay, if any. The only condition is that all changes need to be introduced 15 days in advance to an expected trip.
