In 2011, we founded a real estate agency in Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. It was a opened in a year of turmoil and crisis in the property market, although despite this, for over 8 years, we have developed and grow together in the property market into a leading real estate company.
The name of the company in translation in the Spanish language “Alegría” means “happiness”.
Our goal is to give joy and happiness to our clients who are looking for a dream property in Spain. Today we are building comfortable homes on the Costa Blanca for those who want to live under the sun of the Spanish life style.
