CHM already has all the favourable reports to be granted the building permit for its new project. This time in Benidorm and as yet another architectural achievement in the city. The 23-storey building will be located in the Poniente area of the municipality, next to TM Real Estate Group’s latest developments in the city. It will house 76 homes and will include garages, storage rooms, and a communal area with a swimming pool. The development will be known as ‘Torre Sakura’.
The apartments are now in pre-commercialisation, and the jewel of the tower has already been reserved: the 810,000 euro duplex penthouse. It has a private jacuzzi, three bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over 165 square metres, to which are added 36 square metres of terrace and another 140 square metres of solarium. This space is reserved for the 22nd and 23rd floors.
The rest of the prices are at the same level as the new developments being built in the area, with a wide range of second homes for internationals. The cheapest is a one-bedroom at 188,000 euros; two-bedroom apartments start at 248,850 euros, while three-bedroom apartments start at 399,000 euros. These prices are not suitable for the pockets of the vast majority of the municipality’s residents.
The CHM building is marketed by Costa Activa and designed by the Benidorm studio JAS Arquitectura. According to the building’s website, it is a “balanced design of straight lines, combined with an enveloping curve, which gives it a unique slenderness and an attractive figure that is easy to recognise from a distance. At the same time, the interior spaces have been efficiently conceived and favour the layout of the interior design elements chosen by the future owners. It is “sold” as a luxury development culminating in the two penthouses mentioned above. All include parking and a storage room. Delivery is scheduled for the end of 2022.
For the moment, the construction company has already accredited the establishment of the cash deposit in the amount of 75,000 euros for the execution of demolition works and for the urbanisation of the access road to the municipal plot. The execution period is 18 months. It should be borne in mind that the company will also cede 462 square metres of public land for a parking lot.
