Easy Payment Plan
We do not charge our customers until we obtain authorization to begin the construction. In addition at the beginning of the construction process our customers pay only 50% of the total price of the property in an easy payment plan of 2- 3 instalments de pending on the customer preferences. In order to reserve a property you have to pay only € 5000.
After-sales service
We offer an after-sales service with the purchase of the new-build Alegria properties. It comes into force after the purchase and construction of the property. Our company has a specific department that provides an after-sales service and solves all problems quickly. Troubleshooting is carried out by Alegria specialists, not service providers.
