Description

We offer a modern studio for tourist rental in an area with developed infrastructure! The studio area is 27 m2 and consists of a living room with a sitting area and a bathroom. Designed to accommodate 2 people plus one child (no pets!). There is everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances, air conditioning, Russian and Spanish television, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is underground private parking. The area has well-developed infrastructure. There are many cafes and bars nearby, on the next street there is a chain supermarket “Konsum”, and a pharmacy nearby. The sea and Los Locos city beach are 350 meters away! Smoking is prohibited in the apartment! Final cleaning – 80 euros!
