We offer for rent a two-bedroom apartment in the new building “Residencial Alegría XII” a few steps from the sea and the beach. The apartment is 90 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an American-style kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, wireless Internet. There is a parking space in the underground garage. Television. The sea, a beautiful promenade for walks and the beach Los Locos are literally across the road. The complex has an indoor pool and a Finnish sauna (sauna service is paid!). Within walking distance from the building there is a supermarket and many bars and cafes. Accommodation option – up to 4 people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! Final cleaning – 130 euros

Shuttle service to and from the airport We pick you up at the airport when you arrive in Spain and we make your transfer to the rented house. On the departure day we take care of your transfer to the airport.
