We offer for winter rent a cozy, bright apartment with two bedrooms in Torrevieja, in an area with developed infrastructure and within walking distance from the sea and the beach! The apartment is 60 m2, consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker and microwave), dishes, bed linen and towels. The apartment has central air conditioning. There is Internet and TV. The area has well-developed infrastructure. There are many cafes and bars within 200 meters. The Consum chain supermarket is 100 meters away, and a 24-hour pharmacy is 150 meters away. The sea and Los Locos beach are only 300 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! Final cleaning: 90 €

Shuttle service to and from the airport We pick you up at the airport when you arrive in Spain and we make your transfer to the rented house. On the departure day we take care of your transfer to the airport.
