We offer for winter rent a cozy spacious apartment with one bedroom in the new complex “Residencial Alegria XIV” within walking distance of the beaches of Los Locos and Del Cura. The apartment is 52 m2 and consists of a living room, a bedroom, an American-style kitchen and a bathroom; it has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances, including a coffee maker and a dishwasher, dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Smart TV. There is wireless Internet. The complex has a swimming pool and a Finnish sauna. The complex is located 500 meters from the sea, the popular city beach Del Cura and the promenade, along which there are many bars and restaurants. There is a city bus stop nearby. The supermarket chain “Consum” is about 200 meters away. Accommodation option – up to 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! Final cleaning – 90 euros!

Shuttle service to and from the airport We pick you up at the airport when you arrive in Spain and we make your transfer to the rented house. On the departure day we take care of your transfer to the airport.
