We offer for rent a bungalow in an urbanization with a swimming pool in the area of Aguas Nuevas close to La Mata beach. The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and is 42 sqms. in total. The apartment has everything necessary for comfortable living: furniture, appliances (including coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels, Spanish television and air-conditioning. It is very well located close to a large Mercadona supermarket which is about 350 meters away. There are many bars and cafes nearby. To the seafront is about 1000 meters and its about 1500 meters to the beautiful La Mata beach. Accommodation option is for up to 4 people (no pets). It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside! Final cleaning: 90 €
