Description

We offer for winter rental a duplex in Orihuela Costa in an urbanization with a swimming pool. The duplex of 64 m2 consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms and a small room that can be used as a children’s room. On the second floor, one of the bedrooms has a balcony. There is a closed courtyard in front of the entrance to the house. The house has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The nearest 24-hour store is only 100 meters away! The Mercadona supermarket is 800 meters away! The nearest bars and restaurants are within a radius of 150 meters. The sea and beaches are 5 km away. Accommodation option – up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and in the courtyard! Final cleaning – 140 euros
