We offer for winter rent a studio within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach Los Locos! The area of the studio is 30 m2, consists of a living room, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Modern studio with new repairs, has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The hall is equipped with air conditioning. TV, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The supermarket “Consum” is 300 meters away. The nearest bars and restaurants are within a radius of 50 meters. The sea and the beach are only 250 meters from the house. Accommodation option – 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! Final cleaning: 80 €
Shuttle service to and from the airport
We pick you up at the airport when you arrive in Spain and we make your transfer to the rented house. On the departure day we take care of your transfer to the airport.
