The Penthouse is located in La Cala de Villajoyosa in the Torre Maestral urbanization. The house has 1 double bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious and bright living-dining room with a sofa bed for two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. From the living room you can go out to an open terrace with views of the sea and mountains. On the 2nd level there is a solarium with BBQ, hammocks for sunbathing and wonderful views of the sea and mountains. UNDERGROUND PARKING IS INCLUDED

The Torre Maestral urbanization is one of the best in the area, it has a community pool, a paddle tennis court, a gym and a SPA area, with a Turkish bath and a heated pool. La Cala de Villajoyosa beach is just a 12-minute walk away, and there you can find several restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport stops. The Marina shopping center is a 20-minute walk away.
