We offer for rent a two bedroom apartment in a building with a pool in Orihuela Costa. The 52 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with views of the sea and the pool. The apartment has everything you need to live and rest: furniture, appliances (including coffee maker), dishes, bedding and towels. The living room and one of the bedrooms have air conditioning, the second bedroom has a ceiling fan. The balcony has outdoor furniture. Spanish television, Smart TV, Wi-Fi. The “Consum” supermarket is about 850 meters, the pharmacy and a bank are about 950 meters. The closest cafes and restaurants are around 500 meters away. Campoamor beach is about 900 meters away. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday – closed.

INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties are possible:
