We offer for rent a two bedroom apartment in La Mata, the best beach area in Torrevieja. The total area of the apartment is 57 m2, it consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It has everything you need for life and rest: furniture, appliances (including coffee maker), dishes, bedding and towels. The living room and one bedroom are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Spanish television. The balcony has outdoor furniture. The building has a swimming pool. There are about 350 meters to the beach. The restaurant is about 120 meters away. The nearest supermarket is about 600 meters away. Accommodation option for a maximum of up to 4 people (without animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. You can rent a cot and a high chair for a price of 20 euros per stay.

The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday – closed.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties are possible:
