It consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, terrace 9 m2 and a large solarium of 23 m2.

The apartment is fully equipped with furniture, appliances (including dishwasher), dishes, linens and towels. On the terrace there are summer furniture, in the solarium there are sun loungers and barbecue. The air conditioning is centrally controlled. It only has Spanish television. The building has its own communal swimming pool and Finnish sauna. It is centrally located and there are many traditional tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets all in walking distance. The popular Del Cura beach is located about 200 meters away. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. No animals are permitted and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday – closed.

INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
