Description

This two bedroom apartment is just a short walk from the popular beach of Del Cura. It is spread out over 64 m2 and consists of a spacious light and airy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a private balcony with open views. It is equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Spanish television is available. The living room benefits for a hot and cold air conditioning unit and he balcony has garden furniture. It can sleep upto four people. No pets are permitted and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

To the sea and the beach of Del Cura it is approximately a 5 minute walk. There are many bars, shops, restaurants and much more local amenities all in within walking distance and central bus station of Torrevieja is also a short walk away. There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).

The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday – closed.

INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties are possible:
