This apartment has been recently renovated with a total area of ​​47 m2. It consists of a bathroom, a French kitchen and a glazed balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool. There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).

The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00.
