Studio for rent in the modern complex of 2017 “Residencial Alegría III”. The area of the apartment is 54 m2, consists of a living room connected to the kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed in balcony. The building has its own Swimming pool and Finish sauna. There are many tapas bars, eateries, supermarkets and much more in the neighboring streets. It is 200 meters to the Blue Flag beach of Del Cura. It sleeps up to 3 people and no animals or pets are allowed. No smoking!

The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday – closed.

INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties are possible:
