Description

For rent a studio in a very popular area, close to the sea. It is 28 m2 and has been completely renovated. It consists of a salon, american style kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with all new appliances, furniture, dishes, towels and linens. It also benefits from air conditioning. There is a TV with an USB-input for Spanish TV. It is located on the ground floor, although the window is raised more than two meters above the pavement. There is also access to the communal roof terrace. It sleeps two people or two adults and a child up to two years as there is a possibility to rent a cot. It is close to many bars and restaurants, The Russian store “Kalinka” is located in the next street, and it is about a ten minute walk to the bus station. Del Cura beach is approximately 300 meters away. No pets or smoking is allowed in the apartment.

There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).

The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday – closed.

INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties are possible:
