On an area of 82,000 sq.m., up to 700 stalls and sales points offer food products, clothing, footwear, accessories and other goods at affordable prices compared with large supermarket chains. The Torrevieja market offers many conveniences – such as free parking, public toilets and a taxi rank. Every 20 minutes from 8:00 to 14:00, a bus runs that is accessible for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

From Friday to Sunday, starting at 19:30, an amusement and games park for all ages is open here.

The play «La Ópera de los Tres Centavos» («The Threepenny Opera»), based on the play of the same name by Bertolt Brecht, will be presented on the stage of the Municipal Theatre of Torrevieja. With a grotesque staging, cynical characters and music that neutralizes any attempt at sentimentality, this version of «The Threepenny Opera» immerses the audience in a world where everyone plays unfairly in order to win, and where black humor is the only weapon against despair.

Starts at 21:00, tickets from 25 euros.

June 21. Children’s play «How the Smurfs Saved the Princess»

The experimental theatre El Faro, located in Torrevieja at Calle Antonio Ruiz Coves, 6, invites audiences to the final performance by the junior and middle groups of the «Teatroom» theatre studio, «How the Smurfs Saved the Princess».
