10 June. Performance “Heart of a Dog”

At the Aula de Cultura CAM cultural center, located in Alicante at Avenida Doctor Gadea, 1, the performance “Heart of a Dog” based on the novella of the same name by Mikhail Bulgakov will be shown. Konstantin Kamensky’s production is a contemporary reinterpretation of the eternal conflict between the creative intelligentsia and the destructive force of the “new Sharikovs”. It is a performance of questions, offering the audience a look at the classic work through the prism of today. Cast: Artur Smolyaninov, Alexander Feklistov, Semyon Steinberg, Sasha Alexis, Grigory Sluzhitel, Irina Soboleva.

10–14 June. Ninot Hogueras de Alicante 2026 exhibition

Until 14 June, the Sala de Exposiciones Lonja del Pescado is hosting an exhibition of the brightest figures from this year’s Hogueras festival. It presents 92 adult “ninot” figures, the same number of children’s figures and around twenty others of different types. Visitors will be able to vote for their favorite figure: the one that receives the most votes will be pardoned, will avoid being burned and will take its place in the museum.

10–14 June. Quirós circus tour

Until 21 June, the Quirós circus, whose history dates back more than 100 years, will be on tour in Torrevieja next to the Habaneras shopping center. The circus has arrived with a new program, “Tributo a las Guerreras K-Pop”, which includes performances by acrobats, equilibrists, motorcyclists, magicians and other artists. The performances will take place in an air-conditioned venue, ensuring the comfort of spectators and allowing them to enjoy the show in a pleasant atmosphere regardless of weather conditions.

10–14 June. Trip to Tabarca Island

Every day from the port of Torrevieja, Santa Pola or Alicante, you can take a boat to Tabarca Island – the largest and only inhabited island in the Valencian Community. Travelers will be able to enjoy underwater views, discover rich marine biodiversity, taste dishes in local restaurants and visit historical monuments. The boat is designed for 250 passengers, including people with disabilities and pets; you can bring food and drinks with you.

12 June. Concert by pianist Anna Fedorova

A concert by Ukrainian pianist Anna Fedorova, accompanied by the City Symphony Orchestra conducted by Josep Vicent, will take place at the ADDA Concert Hall in Alicante. Fedorova is known for her sensitivity, poetic depth and elegance of performance. “Gramophone” magazine described her style as “always sensitive, poetic and refined, with flexibly shaped phrases even in the most difficult passages, without strained sound or loss of composure”.

From an early age she demonstrated innate musical maturity and virtuoso technique. Her concert recording of Rachmaninoff’s Second Piano Concerto has gained more than 43 million views on YouTube and has been highly praised by renowned critics and musicians. He regularly performs on the world’s leading stages and collaborates with the most famous orchestras and conductors. In 2022, she co-founded the Davidsbündler Music Academy in The Hague, which provides high-level music education, including for Ukrainian refugees.

The evening program includes works by Sergei Rachmaninoff (“Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini”) and Gustav Mahler (“Symphony No. 1. Titan”).

12 June. Gastronomic celebration “Torrevieja y el Mar 2026”

The Association of Hotel and Restaurant Businesses of Torrevieja and the surrounding area (AEHTC) has officially presented the new edition of the gastronomic celebration “Torrevieja y el Mar 2026” – an initiative that highlights the importance of Mediterranean cuisine, maritime traditions and local products as driving forces of tourism and the city’s economy. After the success of the previous event, the gastronomic days are once again taking place in June on Fridays with the participation of the following partner restaurants:

  • 12 June: “Luna Creciente” gastrobar
  • 19 June: “Luz de Mar” restaurant
  • 26 June: “La Mar de Bien” restaurant.

Menu price – 70 euros per person.

12 June. Friday market in Torrevieja

Every Friday, the Torrevieja street market operates in Parque Antonio Soria – one of the largest small-business centers in the Vega Baja region. On an area of 82,000 sq.m., there are up to 700 stalls and sales points with food, clothing, footwear, accessories and other goods at affordable prices compared with large supermarket chains. The Torrevieja market has many conveniences – such as free parking, public toilets and a taxi rank. Every 20 minutes from 8:00 to 14:00, a bus departs that is accessible for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

From Friday to Sunday, starting at 19:30, an amusement and games park for all ages is open here.

13 June. Performance “Tango for Dinner”

The experimental theatre El Faro, located in Torrevieja at Calle Antonio Ruiz Coves, 6, invites you to the performance “Tango for Dinner” based on the play by Marc Camoletti “Playing Happy Families, or French-Style Garnish”. A weekend in a country house turns into real chaos: a husband and wife plan to spend it not together, but with their lovers. Each hides the truth and invents excuses, but the lies only entangle the situation. Unexpected encounters and absurd coincidences lead to everything going completely off plan: and no one any longer understands what is really happening.

13 June. Concert by the Youth Orchestra of the Province of Alicante

A concert by the Youth Orchestra of the Province of Alicante (OJPA) will take place at the Principal Theatre of Alicante. Since its creation in 2009, this symphonic ensemble has played a key role in the training of more than 1,000 professional musicians. Participation in this orchestra gives young people motivation to continue their studies with enthusiasm. Currently, OJPA consists of 80 young people aged 8 to 23, performing under the direction of its founder and conductor Francisco Maestre.

14 June. National Urban Dance Championship

The National Urban Dance Championship will take place at the VB Spaces concert venue, located in Alicante at Avinguda d´Elx, 186. This event is organized by DNCE, created in 2015 with the aim of inspiring and bringing joy to dancers of all ages and levels of training. It is the only championship featuring up to 4 divisions in each age category.

14 June. Concert “Lo mejor de Hans Zimmer”

At the Archaeological Museum of Alicante (MARQ), the Adre Quartet string quartet will perform as part of the “Candlelight” concert series. This concert is dedicated to German film composer Hans Florian Zimmer, who is known for his music for films and video games. The program includes compositions from the following films: “El rey león”, “Madagascar”, “Dunkerque”, “The Pacific”, “Batman, el caballero oscuro”, “Wonder Woman”, “Interstellar”, “Dune”, “Gladiator”, “Sherlock Holmes”, “Piratas del Caribe”, “El Hombre de Acero”.
