The tourist license in Spain is issued to the owner. It is valid for 5 years. When the property is sold, the license does not transfer to the new owner.

To obtain approval, the property must meet specific technical requirements, which may differ from region to region. Processing times also depend on the region.

Tourist-license processing in Spain for Alegria clients

Please note that the property-management service fee in Spain is 25% of the rental income. In addition, the owner must pay an annual fee of €120.
